Try this cute and simple craft with your students during my favorite season: SPOOKY SEASON!

Paper Plate Ghost

Materials:

  • white paper plates (with no coating- otherwise it’s hard to color on)
  • glue
  • black marker, crayon, or paint
  • white tissue paper (you could also use toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, or white paper)

Instructions:

  • Cut the paper plate in half.
  • Make two eyes and a big ghoulish mouth
  • Cut several strips of tissue paper to the desired length. Add glue to the back of your ghost and affix the tissue paper.
  • Viola! A cute little ghost!
