First Bite Graph:

Have students take a bite of a gingerbread cookie. Graph all of the classes’ first bites together. Which cookie part had the most 1st bites and the least?

Student’s can also color each of their bites as they eat their cookie and/or add up different combinations of cookie bites.

Make a class chart:

Use post it notes or the provided gingerbread cookie pieces for students to write their names and chart their first bites.

Gingerbread Describing Words:
